In September 2016 we were tasked with turning a nightclub into a professional setting to showcase the clients brand for a high profile Investigators meeting. Due to the Congress being so well attended space was at a premium around the venue so Media1 was given the task of turning this less than ideal space into something entirely different. Using printed panels, vinyls, lights, drape and even repainting the walls we created an environment which perfectly represented the clients branding and delivered a professional meeting using the latest technology. The meeting was also broadcast out to other areas for those that couldn’t attend in person.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help with this project and providing us with a superb level of support. The room dressings and stage set were stunning (and looked just like the renders!) and the audio-visual support on the day was extremely professional. It was really reassuring knowing that you were looking after everything from your side which allowed us to focus on the content.
